The History Workshop is capable of creating a variety of products that will engage your visitor and stimulate learning and expressive behaviors based on the user's personal experiences. We've designed everything from complex technology systems to old fashioned hands-on activities. All of our interactive products are developed with your teaching goals in mind.

Education
Our public education mission leads us quite naturally to creating education programs. We design these programs to fit county, state, and national academic requirements and standards, and we work with a team of pilot teachers to make sure our programs are effective, fun, and useful.

Web site
Regardless of whether the website you need acts as an extension of an exhibit or stands on its own ground, The History Workshop covers all the bases from conceptualization to implementation. Our web design staff strives to create websites that are both visually appealing and easy to use.

The History Workshop carries out and coordinates all aspects of designing websites, including photo shoot production, image retouching, animation, interface design, page layout, site programming, and maintenance as well as domain name registration and web hosting. Because of this, we are able to create a unique site that is completely tailored to our clients' needs.

Video
We specialize in creating unique, innovative, and informative videos. We can create almost any kind of work, including broadcast television programs, advertisements, documentaries, narrative films, training videos, promotional CD-ROMs, DVDs, and interactive kiosks. We are also available to serve as consultants and advisors to outside film and video projects.

We work from screenwriting through production, editing, and distribution. We maintain an inventory of production and post-production equipment in-house, including location lighting and audio, a 24p DV camera, and two editing workstations.
